b. If you cancel your booking within 30 days of the scheduled departure, no refund will be issued.
c. We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or mechanical issues. In such cases, we will offer you an alternative trip within 12 months.
Liability:
a. We will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the trip.
b. Passengers are responsible for their own safety and must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our crew.
c. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
Health and Safety:
a. Passengers with medical conditions or disabilities must inform us in advance of the trip so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
b. Smoking is strictly prohibited on most areas on our vessels, our crew will guide you to the safe smoking area.
c. Alcohol consumption is allowed but in moderation.
